Set comHelpers = pdfDocument.ComHelpers

Set page1 = comHelpers.CreatePage(comHelpers.PAPERFORMAT_A4)

' Add collapsed annotation (shown as a tooltip when mouse is over the icon)
Set collapsedAnnotation = comHelpers.CreateTextAnnotation(20, 20)
