How to post selected content from Firefox to your blog using Post2Blog blogging client

Post2Blog provides an XPI extension for Firefox. With this extension installed you can select the text on the page and right-click on it and send to Post2Blog along with optional screenshot of current web-page attached.

The latest version of Post2Blog extension is available at 

http://www.bytescout.com/files/post2blog.xpi

just open this link above in Firefox and Firefox will download and install an extension or check Install Firefox extension in "plugins" sub-group in Post2Blog group in Programs menu to install an extension

Run Firefox browser and open any web-page you like. Select some text on the page:

Now right-click on the selection using your mouse and select Post2Blog command:

Post2Blog will ask you for capturing type. Select "capture select and add 160x120 screenshot" as shown below and click OK to create a new post:

Editor window will appear with quoted selection with the link to the source web-page plus 160x120 pixels screenshot of source web-page:

Now you can edit it and post to your blog
