To insert image go to Insert menu and click Insert/Edit Image or press CTRL+G

Now select image file to insert and click Open

Enter image alternate text that is displayed if visitor of your blog is not able to view images using his/her browser and click OK to insert image:

Now image is in the post and will be automatically uploaded if images/files uploading is enabled
